The Oaks Manor is a local and family-owned senior care center with a full range of amenities. Our facility serves as a short-term rehabilitation center for injury recovery as well as a long-term or permanent shelter for those who need one. You can also come here for a day's stay, take part in our community activities, and enjoy a good meal while your family is away.

The Oaks Manor is a safe and secure facility that was established in 2008 by the local business professionals with the goal of serving the community. Here, you will receive great support when dealing with any physical, mental health issues, or challenging situations. At our facility, you will not be burdened with the tasks of cooking and cleaning, which allows you to focus on your passions and goals. 
We offer a homey atmosphere with clean and well-maintained common areas, where you can have social events, visiting guests, or just enjoy a movie night with your fellow mates. You can even participate in numerous games and activities such as bingo, cards, kickball, storytelling, church services, Bible Study, and more.

In our large, private, enclosed backyard, you can feel the breeze, smell the fragrance of roses and other flowers, watch butterflies and birds, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Our facility is located in the rural Coles County on Route 133, midway between Paris and Charleston, serving the local residents of Coles, Edgar, Douglas, Clark, Cumberland, Shelby, and Moultrie Counties. Our convenient location allows your guests to visit you often. A few blocks away, you will find a gas station, grocery store, post office, doctor's office, library, city park, fire station, and local churches.

For all your needs, you will be assisted by our highly trained staff that has over 150 years of combined experience in senior care services. We are an assisted living community that offers personalized care for every individual who comes here.
